The Beach House and The Bay House sit overlooking Cotuit Bay, a picturesque inlet adjacent to Nantucket Sound. These two-bedroom, one-bath homes offers gorgeous views from your breakfast table, the lawn, or lounge chairs on the beach.

Rental lease term is a minimum of 32 days.

Owners, Kathy & Wally Grove found Cotuit while sailing in the 70s and purchased this property on Cotuit Bay in the late 90s. Sharing 100 feet of beachfront, there are three buildings on the property – The Beach House, The Bay House, and The Main House that Kathy & Wally call their home.

The Cape Houses are located on 100' of shared beach front.
SOUTH BOSTON YEAR-ROUND RENTAL
Though not on the Cape, we also have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath available for rent March 1 on P Street in South Boston. Unlike our other rentals, this property is available with a one-year lease term. $4700/month + utilities. This rental is unfurnished in a three-unit building that was fully gutted in 2018 - close to Castle Island and the beach.
